(this is the class for those with a solid barrel pattern running faster than 20 seconds. knock downs result in disqualification)
5.   ROOKIE JACKPOT BARRELS   $30 (carry overs offered)
(your time must be 20 seconds or above to be qualified as rookie. Please see rules and bylaws) 

-SIDEPOTS  $15
Pay to enter your time from your age division barrel class to participate in the sidepots.  Placings 1st to 5th ribbons with accumulating points.  
(any new side pot will also be $15)
 

Sidepot #1: ALL MARES BARRELS $15
(times are taken from your division barrel class.  This sidepot is to honour all our mare barrel horses! Compete in this class to earn points towards a special Mare of Year High Point and Reserve Overall Year End Award)

Sidepot #2: ALL GELDINGS BARRELS $15
(times are taken from your age division barrel class.  This sidepot is to honour all our gelding barrel horses!  Compete in this class to earn points towards a special Gelding of the Year High Point and Reserve Overall Year End award.

Sidepot #3:  SENIOR HORSE BARRELS $15
(times will be taken from your age division barrel class. Horses entered in this sidepot must be 16 years of age and above.  Proof of horse's age may be requested, please have registration papers or a vet certificate stating their age prepared.  This is a class to honour the seasoned barrel horses and your points contribute towards a special Senior Horse of the Year High Point and Reserve Overall Year End award.

 

JUNIOR LEADLINE DIVISION 
(12 & under.  This is for any participant not ready to ride on their own in the ring.  The participant's horse must have a halter on with an attached lead line.  The handler must be attached to the horse for the entire time.  All lead line participants must remain at a walk or trot only and cannot enter any other classes.  Lead liners are not permitted to ride in the warm up ring.

(this is the class for those with a solid pole bending pattern running faster than 29 seconds. a knock down will result in a 5 second penalty up to 3 poles)
13.  ROOKIE JACKPOT POLE BENDING $30
(your time must be 29 seconds or above to quallify as rookie.  A knock down will result in a 5 second penalty) (see rules/bylaws)
